    1. I have actually left this restaurant for 1 major reason. The management, i mean everyone excluding the GM, actually gets a cut out of the tip pool. That includes the floor managers walking around at night, doing paperwork, and what ever they do all night. they get paid the same as all the back waiters. It's the company's way of subsidizings their own payroll with the wait-staff's hard earned money. It's approx 20% of total tips received that day/night shift. Where else do you tip out 20% to management? It's illegal. A handful of employee's went to the labor board, all of which no longer work there... I've worked at much less demanding restaurants for better money. Think twice before you work here... Oct. 16, 2006 - 15:38
