    1. Great efficient system, leading to minimal sidework (no napkins, glasses or silverware to deal with) and nice late starts to shifts. Very high energy in comparison to other restaurants -- this is the epitome of the "turn and burn" restaurant Nov. 18, 2007 - 19:46
